People

Committed to serving the Out-of-Home industry, peoplecount operates from its offices in Toronto, with staff including traffic engineers, GIS specialists, executive staff and a network of contract survey staff across the U.S. and Canada.

As founder of the company Kelly McGillivray, P. Eng. serves as President and Chief Methodologist. Being a registered professional engineer, Kelly is well trained and experienced in pedestrian modeling, traffic engineering, statistical methods and the execution of major research and survey projects. Kelly’s deep commitment to the out-of-home advertising industry for more than twenty years has left her with a depth and breadth of knowledge that is unmatched. Adept at not only survey design, data mining and modeling, Kelly excels at extracting the gold nuggets from vast amounts of data and turning them into a compelling value proposition for your medium. Kelly leads our diverse peoplecount team with enthusiasm and vigor.

Joining the company in 2005, Evelyn J. Field holds the title of General Manager for peoplecount. Evelyn has extensive experience in the design and implementation of corporate initiatives related to communication, motivation, finances, organization and project management. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in economics “several” (we don’t ask how many) years ago, Evelyn journeyed to peoplecount through a handful of very educational and invaluable growth opportunities. The position of GM for peoplecount allows Evelyn to optimize the combination of her skills, experience and education. Providing key support to the company’s operation, feedback to the president and company leadership, Evelyn takes her responsibilities as GM to heart.

In 2007, returning for his second tour of duty, Mike Latka took on the role of Manager, GeoMedia Services. With a degree in Geography and specialist certificate in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), coupled with an extensive background in database management and analysis, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to the peoplecount team and manages his department with a powerful mix of humor and intelligence. Having previously worked for peoplecount for over five years from 1998 to 2004, Mike returned to us once he recognized the vision and advancement that was taking place within the peoplecount organization. Welcome back Mike!
